Additional equipment

With the trailer rental you can also order additional catering and event equipment.

Grill
A professional gas grill supplied with the trailer. Ideal for burger, steak and grill concepts.
Deep fryer
A gas fryer supplied with the trailer. Suitable for fries, churros and fried specialities.
5 kW generator
A power generator for locations without access to electricity. Fuel is paid by the renter (full-to-full policy).
Outdoor freezer
A separate freezer for larger stocks. 230V connection.
Dry-cooled beer dispenser
A professional dry beer tap for dispensing beer or cider. CO₂ connection.
LPG bottle 10 kg
A gas cylinder to supply the grill, fryer or water heating in the trailer.
Pop-up gazebo
A pop-up gazebo as a staff back area or to extend the space by the trailer.
Connection cables
Extension cables and adapters for connecting the trailer to the mains at the event venue.
The availability and price of equipment depend on the rental dates and length. An individual quote will be provided after a non-binding enquiry.

Insurance and liability
for damage

The trailers are owned by Gastronova – clear liability rules protect both parties.

How does insurance work during the rental?

The food trailers are owned by Gastronova Food Trucks s.r.o. and are insured. The renter assumes full responsibility for the trailer throughout the rental period – from pick-up to return.

In the event of damage during the rental, the renter pays the excess or full cost of repairs, unless covered by the insurance.
Any damage is covered by the paid deposit, which is refunded within 7 working days after the trailer has been inspected and found undamaged.
The renter is responsible for the safe parking and operation of the trailer throughout the rental.
The scope of liability and the conditions are set out in detail in the rental agreement.
